Loading ...Every once in a while you read something that makes yourself question what the heck is going on. I was always under the impression that Hugo Chaves was an evil corrupt leader who crazily called Bush the devil. Now, years later, we are still in a war against two countries that did not even have a navy and have no means to invade us. Our bankers have taken millions of properties and stole billions of dollars from government without the support of the people. Financial thieves like Goldman Sachs have taken total control of Wall Street with the help of the treasury which they own and the Fed. Yet, Chaves is arresting bankers AND EXECUTIVES who have overleveraged the public companies and put his people into financial danger. In addition, he has made calls to fight corruption even within his own socialist party. Meanwhile, characters like Angelo Mozillo of countrywide and Hank Paulson have gotten away with over a billion dollars each from the fraudulent lending ponze scheme sponsored by Wall Street and facilitated by government.
